Faculty and staff are invited to attend the dedication ceremony during which the University will officially re-name the Power Center Ballroom to the Charles J. Dougherty Ballroom in recognition of his contributions to the University.

A new commemorative portrait of Dougherty will be unveiled at the ceremony. The portrait, which will be installed in the ballroom, was done by local artist Lilli Nieland of Lilli June Nieland Fine Portraiture.
RSVP online to attend the ceremony, which will take place on Wednesday, June 29, at 2 p.m. in the ballroom with a reception to immediately follow.
