There is still time for faculty and staff to submit their favorite recipes for inclusion in the Women’s Guild 90th anniversary commemorative cookbook.
All types of recipes including vegetable dishes, punches, soups, salads, snacks and main dishes are being accepted. Each recipe listed in the cookbook will include the contributor’s name. The Guild encourages the inclusion of personal remarks and tips such as ‘great on a rainy day,’ ‘a family holiday favorite’ or simply ‘freezes well.’
Recipe should be saved as a Word document and emailed to duwomensguild@gmail.com by Wednesday, Sept. 6.
The cookbook is set to be published this fall, and proceeds from cookbook sales will benefit the Women’s Guild Endowed Scholarship for students in financial need and Spiritan Campus Ministry’s student mission trips.
