Attorney Shane Sarver has joined Duquesne’s Division of Legal Affairs as assistant counsel, contract management, effective Nov. 25. He will report to Madelyn Reilly, vice president for legal affairs and general counsel.
Sarver’s prior experience includes work as a real estate specialist for the telecommunications company Crown Castle, as an associate attorney at a large Pittsburgh law firm, and as a judicial law clerk.
His responsibilities at Duquesne will include legal management of all University contracts, placement agreements and other transactional legal matters.
Shane’s broad experience in both business and private legal practice will be a most welcome addition to the legal affairs team, given the growing complexity and range of legal matters related to higher education.
