Ways for legal, public relations, business management and law enforcement departments to respond to these incidents will be discussed as the Forensic Fridays series continues on Friday, March 21, from 1 to 4:30 p.m. in the Africa Room of the Union.
Attorney J. Alexander Hershey of Clark Hill Thorp Reed, experts from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the CERT coordination center and a leading security incident response management firm will examine how computer forensics help stakeholders respond to data breaches.
Presented by the Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law, Forensic Fridays is a continuing legal education (CLE) and professional education series that was developed to meet the needs of legal and scientific professionals allied with the practice of forensic science. It is approved for three substantive credits by the Pennsylvania CLE Board.
