The awards for distinguished service, innovations, team work and consumer service underscore different responsibilities that we all have on our wish list for coworkers to fulfill. And each one of us knows someone who, on a routine basis, meets and exceeds our expectations. Appreciation is a wonderful gift, especially during holiday season.
