The 2015 Human Rights Film Series continues with a free screening of Fourth World, a film that explores the lives of the one-sixth of the world’s population that live in deplorable slums, on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 7 p.m. in Room 105 of College Hall.
Fourth World takes viewers to slums in Guatemala, Kenya and the Philippines and will also address the potential issues if the number of those living in slums continues to increase as predicted.
After the screening, Luke L. Hingson, president of Pittsburgh’s Brother’s Brother Foundation, will lead a brief discussion and answer questions.
