Faculty and administrators are reminded that they can attend a special plenary session hosted by the Division of Academic Affairs that will focus on the topic The Golden Age of Master’s Degrees.
Dr. Sean Gallagher, executive director for Northeastern University’s Center for the Future of Higher Education and Talent Strategy, will participate in a series of meetings on Monday, Feb. 13, at 9 a.m. in the Union’s Africa Room.
Gallagher, an executive professor of educational policy, first joined Northeastern University in 2009, where he is responsible for building a central strategy function unique among universities—working across colleges and academic domains to launch growth initiatives, including the development of new campuses and degree programs. His first book, The Future of University Credentials: New Developments at the Intersection of Higher Education and Hiring, was published in September 2016 by Harvard Education Press.
