A conversation on faith and music led by Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Composer of the Year Sir James MacMillan will be held on Thursday, Feb. 9, at 4 p.m. in the Dr. Thomas D. Pappert Center for Performance and Innovation in the Mary Pappert School of Music.
Music and the Sacred: How a Composer Approaches Music will be presented as part of the Catholic Artistic Imagination Series, which was developed by the Center for Catholic Faith and Culture to showcase the artistic and intellectual expertise of Duquesne faculty, staff and graduate students.
