Duquesne student-athletes were among a record number selected from the Atlantic 10 (A-10) Conference for the most recent Commissioner’s Honor Roll, which recognized excellence in the classroom for the fall 2016 semester. Of the 1,759 student athletes selected for the honor roll, Duquesne had 131 students earn spots.
The Commissioner’s Honor Roll is comprised of student-athletes in Atlantic 10-sponsored sports with a 3.5 GPA or better (on a 4.0 scale) during a specified semester. Freshmen through seniors are eligible to receive the award.
Duquesne tied with Saint Louis for fourth out of the 14 schools in the A-10 for the most number of student-athletes on the Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
