This year’s Coffee House Reading Series will conclude on Thursday, April 16, at 7 p.m. in the Barnes & Noble Café.

Established authors for the upcoming event include poet and spoken-word enthusiast John Thomas Menesini and fiction writer Aubrey Hirsch, creative writing instructor at the University of Pittsburgh.

“This final reading of the year is going to be a great one,” said John Fried, the series organizer and associate professor in the English department. “Menesini and Hirsch are fantastic writers and readers. The audience is in for a special night.”

Sponsored by the English department, the Coffee House Reading Series aims to develop the creative writing and arts community on campus.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, email coffeehouse@duq.edu or visit www.duq.edu/english-events.
